Spade Security Group

Spade Security Group is a fully insured investigative agency and is licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 59, Section 1759.1 et. seq of the Oklahoma Statutes to conduct business in the state of Oklahoma as a Private Investigative Agency (License Number: 18PIA 4299).

The partners of Spade Security Group are Private Investigators, licensed by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) in the state of Oklahoma.

Spade Security Group is an official member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).


Rachel Stolz – President

Rachel Stolz has served as President of Spade Security Group Inc since 2012. She also serves as Vice President of Stolz Telecom, a public safety communications company, since 2009. Prior to founding Spade Security Group, she held positions as Special Agent for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD); Investigator for US Investigations Services (USIS); Senior Logistics Analyst for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC); and Inventory Management Specialist for the F-100 program at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center/Tinker AFB, Oklahoma and Kelly AFB, Texas.

Ms. Stolz earned her Masters in Human Relations, with an emphasis in Organizational Human Relations, from the University of Oklahoma, College of Arts & Sciences, Norman Campus. She also obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Cameron University.

Ms. Stolz is a current member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). She holds a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Basic Certification from PBSA. She served as the 2014 Secretary on the Oklahoma Private Investigator’s Association (OPIA) Board of Directors. She was an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) until 2017.

Robert Stolz – Vice President

Robert Stolz has served as Vice President of Spade Security Group Inc since 2012.  He also serves as President of Stolz Telecom LLC, a public safety communications company, which he founded in 2006. Prior to founding Stolz Telecom, he held positions as Electronics Technician for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Oklahoma City Division; Communications Systems Technician for the City of Norman, Oklahoma; Team Lead Technician (Oklahoma/Arkansas/North Texas) for PageNet/Arch Wireless; and Network Administrator for the United Nations Command/Combined Forces Command/US Forces Korea (UNC/CFC/USFK) Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN), Seoul, South Korea.

Mr. Stolz has specialized training from the US Army, National Security Agency (NSA), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  He is also a certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP) by the National Emergency Number Association (NENA).

Mr. Stolz previously served as the Federal Representative on the Oklahoma Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan (SCIP) Technical Committee, and the Central Oklahoma Urban Area Security Initiative (COUASI) Technical Subcommittee.

Mr. Stolz is a member of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International, National Emergency Number Association, and a Life Member of the FBI Agents Association. He is currently the Corporate Committee Advisory Member (CCAM) for the Oklahoma Chapter of APCO International.
